2018 Vendor Application

September 22, 2018 from 10am – 4pm

301 Third Street, Fairport Memorial Park

Application/Jury Fee: $10.00 (non-refundable)

Please include 3 recent photos that represent your work, as well as a photo of your booth setup.

Requirements:

All booths are to be decorated and displayed to look like a mobile store, have fun with it! The goal is to provide a memorable experience for our guests. Electricity is not available. Setup begins at 7:30am and is to be completed by 9:30am. Vendors must check in to receive their booth assignment. Vehicles can pull up to unload then move vehicle to vendor parking area. Vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle item for the Chinese Auction with a value of at least $20.00. You must provide your own tent, table and chairs. Tents must be staked down (it gets windy near the beach!). Any applications that are incomplete, missing photos or application fee, will be rejected.


Last day to apply is Monday, August 20th, 2018. Show is rain or shine. No refunds.

I, the undersigned, agree to abide by all the rules and conditions of the event. It is understood that the Harbor Pop Up Market entrant bears the risk of loss or damage resulting from fire, wind, flood or other casualty; or from vandalism, theft or another criminal act. I understand the FHTC or the Village of Fairport Harbor cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damages to the exhibitor’s property.
